My name is Nick and I’m the unlucky recipient of a hereditary disease. Polycystic kidney disease. And am in desperate need of of a kidney transplant. And with the transplant will put me out of work for close to a year due to the multiple surgeries and recovery time. My line of work as a truck driver will not accommodate my recovery due to the physical nature of my job. I’ve never been one to ask for help but this is a difficult situation that comes with a life time of immune suppressor pills and numerous other ones.
