Medical expenses and equipment for chad

On Monday Chad will undergo amputation surgery to remove his left leg as a result of  infection. Chad has been on an uphill journey for several months struggling with multiple medical issues stemming from diabetes  and cardiac issues. Unfortunately, his journey is far from over and he still has a long road ahead of him. In addition to medical bills and expenses there are multiple improvements and renovations that need to be made in order to accommodate Chad when he comes home after surgery. Please help Chad recover in peace.
