Medical Expenses After Broken Back

My name is Greg Simpson (The Bearded Grump on YouTube) I was in a motorcycle accident on War Women Rd in Georgia where I went off of a 40ft cliff resulting in a broken back. I had to be air lifted to Prisma Hospital in Greenville where I had surgery to repair my T1 vertebrae. I'm going to have a long road to recovery and the medical bills are going to be astronomical. For example the surgery itself was 145k and the life flight is 40-50k and so on. I was supposed to start a new job on the Monday after the accident but that is no longer an option. So now I'm unemployed and have a minimum 6 months before I'm halfway back to normal and will be able to go back to work.
