Medical Expense & More For Jackie Olaveson

Hello, my name is Jackie Olaveson but I go by Jackie O.

I will just get to the point of all this with I am battling cancer, and as of Sept. 2022, I found out from my Endocrinologist in Loveland Colorado that my Thyroid Cancer had returned after 11 years of remission. So I had to have radiation for the Thyroid but during that time I also learn that I had a brain lesion as well and would eventually have it radiated for 30 minutes of pinpoint radiation on the brain to shrink it.

Then to top things off I also lost my teeth to radiation and medications and then had to have them all pulled out at once on October 18, 2022, then I found out that I had a tumor

on the side of my face that had to be operated on twice with overnight stays in the hospital.

And just when I thought I was out of the woods on Tuesday, March 25th I went in for a torn hamstring only to find out that yes I have a torn Hambstring that will eventually need surgery but then the hammer dropped and the serious problem was then told to me that I have a tumor on my right hip bone and everything I have read on the subject calls for a total hip replacement to get rid of the tumor on the hip bone and that's in its self daunting but then the doctor also informed me that I had a tumor in my pelvic region and a different doctor would need to care for that problem.

So I need to see an orthopedic oncologist and the nearest one is in Aura Colorado. And the pelvis tumor has to be treated by an OGYN oncologist and I have no idea where I will need to go to find one of them. I feel like I am on fire and just when I put out one fire and the spot flares up and I just can't get a break from all this.

I am not a person who asks for help very often, but the strain on my finances has been draining and now I will half to be traveling for two and a half hours one way to get treatment will tax my fiance even more as my husband and I are on a fixed income.

A good friend of mine died last week because she did not have the money to go to the doctor so she put it off until it was too late. I am 65 years young and I don't want to die yet, I see my grandson get married in August and I want to see my granddaughters thrive and my great-granddaughter grow up.

This is my story, I try to find good in my life and there is a lot that tries to drag me down so anything thing and any amount will help and will greatly be appreciated, I going to fight for my life with every ounce of my being so from the bottom of my heart I thank you for taking the time to listen to me.
