Medical Expenditures for Butch Hunter
Donation protected
I am trying to raise some money to hopefully help my daughter's (Kristine) husband, Butch Hunter (photo of Butch attached receiving his first chemo treatment) , a very good man, father, firefighter and paramedic, who was recently diagnosed with blood cancer.
Additional medication treatment is going to be required and will be very costly, so any help with donations from this wonderful community (even the smallest amount can make a difference), we would be so grateful and appreciative.
The chemo medicine that Butch will be required to take over the next four months to help with his road to recovery is extremely expensive. In addition, in January 2020, Butch will be required to enter the hospital for a period of 4 weeks for a stem cell transplant - 2 weeks will be required for in-stay in the hospital, with another 2 weeks at a hotel in close proximity to the hospital. As well as out-of-pocket costs while in the hospital, Butch will also incur expenses for hotel, food, and miscellaneous expenses. There will also be other expenses incurred during the time of his treatments.
Over the last several years, Kristine and Butch (sons, Michael and Adam; daughters, Erica and Felicia) have suffered through so much hardship and sorrow. Their home completely burned down, losing everything (including two pets); my son, George Fox (Kristine's brother) passed away; and then their daughter, Gabrielle, passed away at the young age of 21. All within a few years.
So, IF YOU CAN, please open your hearts to help this family in their time of need. If you are not able to contribute, would you please consider prayers for this family. I would also be very grateful and so appreciative if you would share this story with your friends and family, as well. God Bless You! Thank you!
