Sweet Chloe died January 4, 2018, while she received the most amazing and loving care at Doernbecher’s Children’s Hospital. Chloe's final act of kindness was to give the gift of life through organ donation. Her generosity saved two lives.
Please consider donating to help offset the cost of medical expenses and Chloe's Celebration of Life. Donations above and beyond will go to create a volleyball scholarship fund in Chloe's name.
