Medical Equipment and Loss of income

For most of you that don’t know I was hospitalized from July 21st- September 7th. I suffered a string of 3 of the worst relapses I have ever suffered in the history of my disease. My hospital course consisted of multiple plasma exchanges and steroid doses. I was eventually sent down to the ICU during the last 4 weeks only to suffer ICU Psychosis from the level of doses of medication required to keep me alive and restrained multiple times. A hospice consult was ordered which I politely declined. I have new found chest down paralysis and a look at a new life permanently from wheelchair level. I also lost my career in the process in nursing. This go fund me is for a car chair lift to make transfers safer. They typically are around $5000 to install. And additional will go towards medical equipment and help with the loss of income.
