Medical emergency led me to this. Any help is appreciated

Hi,

My name is Michele and I am struggling financially. November 12th, 2024 I started a new job. Absolutely loved it. A month into my training , I had an excruciating pain in my back and right leg. I left work early, came home and the pain just kept getting worse. An ambulance was called and I was admitted to hospital. After numerous tests it was determined a mass on my spine needed removal. Christmas Eve I had the mass removed. I went through therapy for my injury and the day they were to release me the pain started again. Surgery number two. After 64 days in hospital I was released. The healing process is long for this type of wound. I lost my job. I do not qualify for unemployment. I applied for disability and it’s still being processed. I also need an $800 brace for my spine and posture. I can not afford that. I have a car that I deferred payments on. I can’t afford that either. The food bank is supportive but it’s not paying the bills. My partner works full time and I have a nurse coming twice a week but I need assistance to do absolutely everything. I can not bend over. My mobility is limited and I need a Walker to get around. I never ask people for help. And yet here I am asking for help. I haven’t got enough money to buy a coffee. It’s been hard. And my mental health is suffering at the expense. If you have it in your heart to help it’s is most great fully appreciated. Thank you for reading my story. God bless
