Medical Emergency Fundraiser for Alyssa Goodman

My name is Julie (Gabriel) Goodman, mother of Alyssa Goodman. Alyssa is my second daughter out of eight children. Her older sister Elayne, tragically passed away at age 5, in 1985, due to leukemia.

After months of physical decline, with no definitive medical diagnosis, we are now PRAYING FOR A MIRACLE!

On May 11, 2023, Alyssa was placed on a ventilator for life support at John's Hopkins, Baltimore.

Her immediate battle is her struggle with pneumonia, RSV, compromised kidneys and a damaged liver.

Alyssa is 41 years old and is a single mother of three boys: Anthony, Bryson and Carter Meeks, granddaughter of the late Colonel Anthony J. Gabriel Jr. and Patricia (Lonis) Gabriel of Herkimer, stepdaughter to Wayne Mead, sister to Jessica (Goodman) Becker and Jennifer (Goodman) Minarchi, Amber (Mead) Mercer, Cody, Kyle and Katie Mead. She is the "fun" aunt to 20 of her nieces and nephews. Treasured Niece to Lori Gabriel Knapp, Mary Gabriel, Trish Gabriel Wielt and Cynthia Gabriel.

Alyssa's critical state will be long term and we are asking for your monetary support to assist with medical needs, travel to Baltimore, assistance for her boys, etc.

In her current medical state, Alyssa requires ICU 24/7 care and we are doing our best to be present for her and waiting for her to become conscious and through DIVINE INTERVENTION, begin her journey of healing.
