Medical Emergency For Ryan

We had a major atv accident Sunday October 17th. involving our son Ryan Lee. He has suffered a major head injury. He is in critical condition but is machine stable. At this time we are uncertain on how long we will be here and the prognosis of his injuries. We are asking for help with hotel expenses, food and medical. I know every penny helps. I will keep all posted on updates as possible. All donations go directly to Steven and myself as we stay here. This money will help with a place to stay, food and any other expenses that arise while we are here. Our other son Clayton is staying at home and will be surrounded by the remaining friends and family that are closest to us. This money from donations will also help us in providing groceries to feed Clayton and to pay our essential bills at home while we are away. Update: Monday October 18- Ryan went in for a second craniotomy to remove the right side of his bone flap to allow for more swelling without causing any more damage they found any blood clot that they were able to remove in some small bruising that they were able to remove. Throughout the day they took him off of his sedation medication to see how he would react for a total of three hours, The doctors then decided it was best for Ryan to leave him on a sedation to give him maximum comfort. Update: Tuesday October 19- Ryan went in for a CT scan that showed that the openings that he has on the left and right side is definitely helping with the swelling he has more swollen today than he did yesterday we are still not in the clear because we have not hit our 72 hour mark yet. Doctors will continue to monitor him and will slowly start taking him off of the sedation to see how he will react to being off of it. The doctor informed us that the extent of the injury will require us to be here for a few months.
