Medical and Dental expenses — Dental surgery

Hello, my name is Marisha. I'm sure you have heard about me by now. Sorry I am asking for help again, but Medicare doesn't cover any dental expenses or prosthodontist expenses which are part of my necessary care.

My prosthodontist Dr. Locasio thinks based on clinical review of my scans, the upper jaw bone having vast and rapid, painful bone destruction that is spreading to the rest of the jaw bone, that I'm having is from cancer coming back in the bone. I've included the cost for saving what teeth he can in office, but it's out-of-pocket costs to fix those damgaed teeth from the bone destruction and to modify my current obturator to wear again after surgery since they need to pull the next front anchoring tooth too.

I'm most likely having a cancer recurrence in my small piece of jaw maxilla bone left. I am seeing my oral surgeon on September 22, to  schedule the surgery of tooth and bone removal. I already the canine tooth, bone and tumor there removed in March of this year, but issues and pain didn't resolve only worsened with tbe spreading of the bone destruction throughout.  So I need dental work that is going to cost $800.00 out-of-pocket for my next appointment in October to save three teeth. I need surgery to pull the next tooth, no. 5 along with the bone there that showed up as possible cancer on scans. My obturator is already ill-fitting and loose from having the canine tooth removed. When this tooth is pulled where it's anchoring on front, I won't be able to use it anymore unless it's modified with the fake teeth pulled and another anchoring hook that's also going to cost about $800.00 with office fees out-of-pocket costs. That's at lists $1600 immediate funds I need to pay for necessary dental work to try to save those teeth or they die too.

Along with these out-of-pocket medical costs, my brother is having a mental illness breakdown, so I'm paying all the bills and utilities by myself. Those were increased this year with inflation, and I'm struggling to pay rent, utilities andhave food,  let alone the dental work I need. I'm taking care of my brother right now because he's having a mental illness breakdown, and he hasn't contributed to paying bills in almost year.

But in the last few months his mental health has really declined, and I'm struggling to take care of him too. I'm in severe pain from the bone destruction, and I'm doing the best I can just to make it day by day.

 I only make $900 a month, fixed income. It takes over $2000 a month just at the bare minimum in rent and utilities to keep the apartment running and up on bills, not including my co-pays for my medications, food, gas and emergency things needed each month. So it's over $2000 to be able to take care of myself and buy my medications. 

 I can't do it. It's physically impossible. I just don't make enough on my monthly disability, that I worked my tush off for, to cover everything right now. If it's cancer back again, I'll be looking at more surgery and chemo+ radiation treatments. 

I know it's asking a lot, but I'm at my end here. I've been trying for so long. I'm in so much pain. I feel really alone because  I don't have anyone, and I'm the one who has to take care of everything by myself even in my poor health and severe pain.

I don't know how to pay for my dental surgery and dental expenses, and keep a roof, food and utilities paid for. I've done all I can by myself. I need help. I'm very sorry to have ask for help. I've waited and did without for so long, as long as could to try to keep everything together.
