Hi, long time no me. I have to ask you for money and I hate that I have to do that. I seem to have accumulated what we Americans call "medical debt" and could use some help. I'm not really prepared to share the whole story on a platform like this yet, and to be honest the details are not all that interesting and there are no satisfying answers so far.
