Dear Friends... this past year I found myself in the midst of a medical crisis--
Within the past few years,  my kidneys have almost stopped functioning.
Firstly, I will need dialysis and the ability to get on a kidney transplant list.    
My medicare will not cover it all--I need $2500.00 to supplement my Medical insurance.
Please know I would not ask this of you if I had a choice.
