Hi, my name is Leon.

I’ll be honest, I’m embarrassed to ask for help, but I’ve reached a point where I don’t have another option. This past year has been incredibly challenging. I was out of work for almost a year due to medical reasons, and since returning, I’ve been doing everything I can to catch up and get back on my feet.

Now, I’ve been told I need another medical procedure, and without it, my condition could get worse. The problem is, my insurance will only cover part of the cost, leaving me with $4,411 out of pocket, and I simply don’t have the resources right now to cover it on my own.

Asking for help isn’t easy for me, but I’m at a point where I can’t do this alone. Without this procedure, my health could decline, and that’s a reality I’m trying desperately to avoid.
