My name is Tony. I'm organizing this fundraiser for some amazing people. Their Names are Wes, Shelby and Beau. Wes is one of my best friends, and he and his wife have just had their first child, Beau. While they're very happy to welcome their son into the world, he's unfortunately only 27 weeks old.

Shelby has some health complications that required her to be hospitalized multiple times during the pregnancy and her body tried to go into early labor more than once. They were able to prolong this process a bit, but not before she had already taken two emergency flights, two ambulances, a helicopter life flight and stayed in the hospital 10 days.

On top of that and the pregnancy costs, they're practically living in the hospital while their baby lives in an incubator in the NICU for the next few months.

Wes and Shelby aren't the types to ask for a handout, but the costs of this broken medical system and a lot of bad luck would cost them everything they've worked for, and i could never let that happen.
