We all know Renate as RSWAG - the explosive Zumba and MixxedFit instructor that wows us with her performances and charms us with her smile and grace. Yesterday, March 30th, her husband was in a terrible car accident that broke all of his ribs on the left side, a couple on the right, a couple cervical bones  near his neck, damaged his kidney and spleen and cracked his pelvic bone and shoulder blade...he goes into surgery tomorrow and she’s gonna need our help! I’m asking our fitness community to help a fellow sister and her family with what possible expenses will have while they try to keep positive and support and their husband and father.
