Medical costs for Carol Eason and Dave Herbertson

Dear Friends and Family of Dave Herbertson, Carol Herbertson Eason and Tim Eason,

This family needs your help in several ways. First and foremost, they covet your prayers. There is much healing needed for both Dave and Carol. Dave is in CCU battling Covid and pneumonia. Carol is fighting the same illnesses but not at the same critical level. She is still in serious condition and has a long way to go to in order to return home. They have been in the hospital for weeks and long to go home. Tim had Covid too but did not need hospitalization. He was able to recover at home. Specific prayer points for both:

Health:

1. Lungs to function as they should, without assistance.

2. Their bodies need to produce and circulate the oxygen their organs need on their own.

3. Protection for all their major organs- heart, liver, kidneys, brain, etc.

4. Protection against blood clots forming, especially with being sedentary.

5. Carol needs healing for high blood sugar levels. Her medications seem to be affecting her so that she is needing insulin. Pray this issue resolves and that there are no lasting side effects!

6. Pray against despair, depression, fear, and loneliness. Neither one may have visitors. This is the worst kind of isolation.

Provision:

A. Physically – when Carol and Dave return home they will need home care. Whether God provides this through a home health agency, friends, or the church it will be needed. Tim needs to be able to work as much as possible. Things like grocery shopping, house cleaning, etc. will also be needed. Is there a contact person at church who is willing to set this up?

B. Meals – Tim is home alone right now. Meals would be a blessing, as he will be trying to go back to work. More help will be needed with meals once Carol and Dave can return home.

C. Finances- I know many are struggling through this season of Covid financially . Anything that you can give –whether it is a $1, $5, or whatever amount God might lay on your heart – it all is greatly appreciated and needed.

All of us – near and far can help this family in this tangible way! Please ask God what He might have you pray, give, or do for Dave, Carol, and Tim.
