Medical costs for Ashley Solis and her family

Donation protected
Hello,
I am creating this Go Fund Me page for Ashley and her family for any unexpected medical costs and travel expenses due to being hospitalized.

As many of you may know, Ashley has been hospitalized due to pregnancy complications.

She has been in the hospital currently for 40 days. She is currently 33 weeks pregnant, and with what can only be explained by a miracle, she is still holding little Thor in. She was recently informed that her insurance would no longer cover her stay at the hospital once she reaches 35 weeks, regardless of everything she has going on. If/When that time comes, she will stay in the closest hotel to the hospital where she can get the medical attention she needs. I asked her to write up a little back story so you can understand more about what is happening. Thank you all for taking the time to read this and consider donating.

I Found out we were expecting on Jan 2nd. We were ecstatic! Then after our first ultrasound we got the call that the baby was stuck In c section scar with zero chance of survival. We were sent immediately to belin in Greenbay for what we were told was an emergency hysterectomy and our only option. That keeping the baby would result in my hemorrhage internally and death. When we got there, the doctor called us before we got inside to tell us we were too high risk for them and sent us to Aurora hospital. After being seen at aurora, we met with a high risk pregnancy specialist who said the baby was nowhere near my c sec scar! That the baby was next to an old scar from where an iud had punctured my uterus and went out the other side ( 9 years prior) because of this, they would need to see us once a week to monitor the pregnancy for a chance of the baby growing through that scar and the pregnancy needing to be terminated immediately to prevent hemorrhage. After a few weeks of weekly appointments at Aurora, the baby’s started to move to a safe place, and then the week I was able to skip an appointment, I hemorrhaged bright red terrifying amounts of blood. I found out that I had a subchoronic hemorrhage part of my placenta was detached, at that point, there was nothing we could do but pray, the next week, I hemorrhaged again and passed a very large blood clot, that week, we were at Aurora twice, we found the subchoronic hemorrhage had caused a blood clot, and part of it was stuck in my uterus, at this point we were told if we make it to 14 weeks and pass the blood clot that we would be offered a circlogue a procedure that would stitch my cervix and prevent miscarriage, At this point, my cervix had started to funnel and shorten we were prescribed vaginal injections daily to help further prevent that. when we reached 14 weeks, part of my placenta had broken off and was stuck in my cervix with a blood clot, making the circlogue dangerous and not an option. It would be an option up till 23 weeks, during that time, I was on strict bed rest and was seen at aurora in Greenbay at least once a week for blood work and ultrasound. On April 22, I lost my mucus plug, and at our appointment that week was told there was great news the loose clot had finally moved out of my cervix! But that good news came with less than good news: the bag the baby was in was protruding through my cervix, making it impossible to stitch it without puncturing the bag the baby is in and losing the baby. We also found out that day that my placenta looked like Swiss cheese, presenting placenta accreta where my placenta may push through my uterus we were scheduled an MRI and found the placenta was not currently pushing through, thank god! But we would be watching and preparing for it! We continued our weekly appointments, on June 13th, I was 27 weeks, that day my cervix had gotten down to .4mm and the doctor wanted us to start a steroid shot to help the baby’s lungs develop and wanted us back the next day. We drove home full of fear and returned on Tuesday, June 14th. I had the 2nd part of the shot and an ultrasound determined I was only .2mm the doctor was not in the hospital Wednesday and asked for us to stay close and to come in Thursday morning, on Thursday, June 16th, we found that I had no measuring cervix at all and for the health and safety of the baby and my self I was admitted. Since then I have received daily ultrasounds, monitoring every few hours of myself and the baby. Multiple test every few hours, bloodwork and Covid test every other day.
