Hello my name is Shawn. My wife Julia has just recently fell ill which resulted in a heart attack and kidney damage. She is a wonderful woman and mother to our five children. As we approach the toughest time of the year…the medical costs are creeping up and it will be a tidal wave. We are people that have never asked for any type of help or assistance even when times were tough over the years but now we are fearful of becoming overwhelmed as she is not 100% and we will start to fall behind and fall into a financial disaster.
