Medical costs, etc for Wayne Parker

Our beloved Head Custodian, Wayne Parker, finally succumbed to cancer after a more than two-year battle, just last Wednesday, October 4th.  After 16 years here at Dawson Elementary where he was essentially the 'Mayor' he's now left us broken-hearted.  He knew and loved every student here and never failed to make them smile just by showing up and being himself.  He also had a huge impact on the staff and just about everybody he came in contact with.
To help his amazing wife Diane with medical and funeral expenses, we'd like to give the students and their families the opportunity to help  honor Mr. Parker, by contributing to a fund.  This is an inestimable loss for Mrs. Parker, their only son Timmy, as well as the entire Dawson Community and we feel the students will appreciate knowing that they are helping the Parker family in any way possible.
