Hey all! My name is Kelly, and I have set up this fundraiser to help Jewell offset the costs of her medical bills. Jewell had (another) surgery yesterday for ongoing complications resulting from Spinal Stenosis. While I was waiting in the hospital with Julia I learned something new. I assumed that Jewell received free medical care, per her disability. That is not even close to being the case, and her previous surgeries have cost the family thousands of dollars.

Jewell (and Julia) are essential parts of the community. They are always the first to offer help to others, give anything they can, and never ask for anything in return. If you have the honor of calling Jewell a friend, you know what a honor that truly is. Jewell and her family have been through so much, and are likely to go through so much more.
