Medical Cobra Insurance

One of my best friends Donna Kleppel had a massive stroke at the age of 44 on March 7th. The first few days she was not expected to survive. Then we were told she had no chance of being more than a lifeless body with a feeding tube. After several surgeries and asking to be removed from the ventilator, communicating by eye blinks only, Donna proved to us she is fully aware of her condition and has a will to live. Since then she has not stopped fighting to regain the life she once had. She has had tremendous progress in this short time yet quite a bit more to go. Obviously Donna is unable to work during her recovery and unfortunately her insurance has been dropped. Cobra is now the option to continue rehab and supply the materials she needs. This comes at a great cost for her family to try to provide for her. I know many of you know Donna and who she is. This could not have happened to a less deserving person! She is a woman of faith, hope and patience. She is one of the most caring and nonjudgmental and forgiving and giving persons I know. Knowing the fighter Donna is and all the miracles that have thus taken place I believe she will be healed so much more than she is now. Everyday she never ceases to amaze us and has the best attitude on top of it all. Thank you for your continued prayers and support.
