Your help will greatly impact with her medical care and bills...
Our loving mother and grandmother Vilma Lim has recently suffered a stroke that caused her to be in the ICU.
Vilma is a happy and youthful person. She came here to Canada to spend time with family. Most of life was spent abroad working for her daughters. For three decades, Vilma worked and was unable to see her daughters for a while. Now she is retired, she decided to visit Canada. Not knowing that these last few months of happiness with her daughters and grandchildren will end in suffering.
She is visiting her two daughters and grandchildren here in Canada for a few months. Vilma Lim came to Canada healthy and strong. Her family was not expecting an unfortunate event to happen.
On March 14, she unexpectedly lost mobility in her right side of her body. Her daughters took her to the hospital around lunch time and was there for a few hours when she was taken to Edmonton for further care. Before leaving for U of A, she was still able to talk to her daughters and spend some time. On the way there, she suffered a seizure and was fortunately revived back to life. As she arrived to Edmonton with her daughter behind, Vilma was unable to speak or respond to anything she said.
Vilma has a huge blood clot in her left side of the brain which paralyzed the whole right side of her body.
Doctors said that operation is not advisable due to how large the blood clot is.
Her family is hoping for a good recovery.
Vilma's daughters are calling for help as the medical bills are getting big. We all hope that help will be on its way to us and luck is on our side.
They are thankful for any donations given.
Thank you.
