Medical care for my dog Lala

Lala is a family dog who has been with me for 10 years, she is overall healthy but has been having complications using the bathroom. After having surgery twice and between check ups my doctor has told me there is nothing else he can do for her she will need to go to a specialist or have to think about doing the worst. I most definitely rather figure out how to help her without taking that route but a specialist is a bit expensive after all the other bills I have acquired already. I am asking to please help me save my dog as she can’t go any longer with the pain she has been in. To know her is to love her!! She is the absolute best and deserves to live if there is a way to help her.
