Medical care for Jane

Hi, my name is Jill Hansen and I am raising funds to help my sister Jane Hansen. Jane is in the latter stages of congestive heart failure and her health is declining rapidly. She has slowly become unable to work and is now out of money. She has no health insurance. Her physical condition is dire and she needs medical visits from doctors and nurses daily. She also needs care with food, cleaning and laundry. Right now Jane is living in Mexico. I considered bringing her back, but after talking with her doctor and landlord, it will be more economical for her to stay where she is. This is what she wants also.
