Medical Care for Chef Sean Villarreal

On the Sunday morning of August 30th at 4 am, Sean Villarreal (beloved friend, boss, coworker, son, partner, and chef) suffered a stroke and was rushed to the emergency department at St. Luke's Hospital. So far he has undergone a number of procedures and MRI scans to remove any remaining blood clots, and is currently hooked up to a ventilator. His mother and girlfriend are at his side every day, and each day he is improving, little by little, but the road to recovery is going to be a long and costly battle to regain full mobility and quality of life.

As we all know, healthcare in America is insanely expensive for the uninsured, with some life saving procedures being withheld by healthcare professionals due to a patients' inability to pay. For this reason, we ask that all of Sean's numerous friends and family please donate as much as possible to this cause so that Sean can get the lifesaving care he deserves. 

Sean has done so much to touch the lives of those around him, be it with his undeniably loyal friendship, dedication to his family, and through what he does in the kitchen at Sanchos Cantina (a kitchen he built from the ground up). Now is our turn to repay Sean for all he has done for us and for the community by giving generously to this campaign to assure he has plenty more years to continue being a  beloved friend, son, partner, and boss.
