Medical Care for Bob Calla

Help provide dementia care for Bob Calla. For more than 30 years, we followed our friend Bob Calla through many a whitewater rapid. He loved rafting, skiing, and people. Perhaps you were a BEWET trainee or on the ski slopes with him, participating in City League races. Bob was a bigger-than-life lover of nature and a kind, always-helpful friend. No more. Bob has been the victim of dementia for more than two years. He is declining rapidly and needs your help.

Bob can no longer speak in complete sentences or remember how to put on his jacket. He now needs caregiving on a nearly 24-hour basis and supplies to help him keep clean and fed.

Bob has also been evicted. His mobile home property has been sold, and he must vacate by December 1st. The search is on for an appropriate memory care facility for him. Costs are mounting. We need help to pay for care, supplies, and his move to a care facility.
