Medical Brigade- Donations to Honduras

Hello! I am Mia White, a pre-med first-year student, honored to be a part of Smith College's Global Medical Brigade this year! Our chapter receives a brigade every 3 to 4 months where hundreds of patients, in this case in Honduras, are provided access to dental & medical care.

As volunteers, we can participate in various public health workshops and support the community in a holistic model to meet their health and economic goals.

This will be my first brigade! Being a part of the Smith chapter in the efforts to learn in a hands-on environment is something I wouldn't have believed I would be taking part in as a first-year student. I am looking forward to being part of a greater good and hope to take on this journey as a challenge to uncover my passions for my future.

Help me raise money for the chapter to have the funds to provide supplies in the efforts to provide sustainable development, year-round, in under-resourced communities.
