Many know me by gWebberArts, I’m an artist/cartoonist/sketch card and comic cover artist among other things.

In September 2022 I became massively ill due to Asthma, Lung & Pneumonia complications that put me in ER twice and in the hospital for four days & nights … and out of work from September thru December 2022 and recovery time well into January 2023 if all goes well.

Unable to do even minor work until just recently, the illness and household bills cleaned out my bank account in no time at all.

Even being released from hospital didn’t go as one might hope. No sooner than I got home and into bed exhausted, the bed collapsed and the following day I had to repair that. Thankfully wife thought of car’s jack to lift parts of the bed to get it back together as I was unable to move it otherwise.

While the Doctor prescribed 20 days of rest for recovery just to start, it wasn’t to happen as more physical labor on my part had to be done to make space for Medical equipment like Oxygen machines, oxygen tanks and such. “Rest” was rearranging half the house, in Home Medical visits and Doctors appointments every second day.

They’re plenty more to the story, but suffice it to say, it’s been a nightmare. And yes I’m b

ok, that’s my situation, I hope maybe a few people might consider helping out as I’m pretty desperate at the moment.
