I have been told that my heart is only working 30%. I have been told that my kidneys are not doing well. I know that it may not seem like it's much.

I have been going to the Cancer Center for testing.

Found out it was an infectious disease that I have to be on antiviral meds for. Yes, I know where I got it from. When I was younger, I worked in the back of an ambulance. My sidekick didn't put the needle in the bin; she didn't, and the said person had AIDS. When my system was compromised by getting COVID, it went into HIV. Look, I know it happens. Please help me out.
