Medical bills have literally left me broke

Once again I have had yet another surgery on my foot. Literally my 10th in as many years. Unfortunately, I have had several complications from this surgery, and any money I had set aside has been depleted. My short term disability has been almost useless as I once again have not received a paycheck because of miscommunication between the company and my doctor. I am at a point now where I don’t have money for my medication, gas to get me to and from the hospital for my daily infusions, not to mention food, household expenses and medication for my dog who is epileptic. It has taken more than you know for me to ask for help. I thank you in advance for any assistance that any of you might be able to give,
