Medical Bills for Testicular Cancer

I normally would never ask but I'm financially struggling like most people these days. This past June I was diagnosed with cancer for the 3rd time, Ewings Sarcoma when I was 15yrs. old and I was told that I had a 2% chance of living, then I had Testicular Cancer when I was 23yrs. old, and again with Testicular Cancer this past June. I had surgery both times ultimately resulting in the removal of both of my testicles which in the long run my body no longer produces testosterone and other vital hormones. I have started replacement therapy which is a must daily...then to top it all off they discovered a small spot on my left lung which they will monitor. I was out of work for a month and have since returned working 45 to 55 hours a week with little to no energy due to the lack of testosterone in my body. Now advanced forward as to why I need your help, already on an extremely tight financial budget all the medical co-payments that my insurance didn't cover have all come in at once, roughly $3,500 that I'm now responsible for. Which I'm struggling to pay. Any help at all would be amazing and a blessing!!! Thank You for your time and Support!
