Medical Bills For Ryder Oakley

Friday evening in Magnolia, Tx. my 14 year old nephew Ryder was in an accident that caused him to suffer a traumatic brain injury. He was rushed to Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston for emergency brain surgery. Surgery went well and we are believing for a full recovery with no long term effects. Today they removed the breathing tube and he is breathing on his own right now. He has a long road ahead of him and we don’t know how long he will be in the hospital or what recovery will look like.

My brother Chris (Ryder’s dad) started a new job a week ago and health insurance doesn’t start until June 1st. I know that they can use any and all financial support offered for medical bills and recovery.

Ryder has the sweetest heart and was eagerly awaiting football season next year. He is a devoted athlete and has enjoyed the last couple years of playing jr. high and high school football. Please keep Ryder, Chris, Laura and Teagan in your prayers.
