On January 1st 2022, I lost my brother, Sam, after he battled health complications for over a year. About a year ago, he lost both his kidneys and was receiving dialysis to manage the situation. Towards the middle of December, his health started to decline rapidly and on top of all this, he caught Covid. After being in the hospital for the past few weeks, unable to receive visitors due to Covid restrictions, my brother passed away.
