Bills for K9Tito & for Officer Enox to buy new K9

On September 15, 2021 Eufaula Police K9 ‘Tito’ was in training in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Due to a mechanical failure at the training Tito was injured. This was not the fault of Tito or his handler, Officer Connor Enox.

Due to his injuries, Tito was transported by ambulance to a nearby veterinary office.

Tito was stabilized at this facility but required more advanced care. Tito was put in an S.U.V., accompanied by Muskogee Police Departments veterinarian to be transported to another veterinary clinic. Three police vehicles escorted Tito, on an emergency run, to the Oklahoma Veterinary Specialist Clinic in Jenks, Oklahoma.

Doctors there continued to work on Tito for several hours.

In the late hours of the night it was determined by a team of veterinarians that Tito had sustained severe, irreversible brain damage.

Unfortunately, Tito had to be put to sleep due to the severity of his injuries.

K9 Tito was a 4 years old Belgian Malinois and has been a working K9 Officer since 2017. Tito loved working, riding in his police vehicle and searching for narcotics. He was a very good dog and will be missed dearly.

Any money raised will be used to help with the medical bills Officer Enox needs to pay for the care K-9 Tito received and to assist Officer Enox in purchasing a new K-9. 

The Eufaula Police Department would like to thank the Muskogee Police Department, Muskogee County EMS, and the numerous doctors who worked so very hard to try and save K9 Tito.
