In early August, my niece, Paulina, was robbed in broad daylight in front of her apartment. She was injured to the point where she couldn’t walk for two weeks.

She was laid off and was in between jobs while trying to make ends meet. She started selling personal items to get by, and one of the transactions turned violent. Two men agreed to purchase an item, refused to pay, and dragged her for two blocks across the pavement away from her house. She ended up in ER and still needs assistance to do everyday tasks.

The first doctor treatments cost $90K, but that’s does not include follow up or any psychiatrist appointments. 

The jerks have yet to be caught but the platform the transaction happened on is cooperating. There were witnesses but no one caught a license plate.
