Medical bills for Austin Jays Rehab

Hello my name is Albert Jay it is always Difficult to reach out and ask for help but now we find ourselves in that position.

On the Morning of June 12th our son Austin was rushed to St. Peter’s Hospital He suffered a stroke.As you know a situation like this can not only be Emotionally but also Financially Catastrophic.
