Hi everyone, I usually don’t post on social media, but I really just wanted to say thank you to my fiancé Taylor Poelker and my soon to be sister in law, Olivia Poelker for saving my life on May 3rd. I went unresponsive and had no pulse for 5-6 minutes total, and due to the quick thinking and amazing efforts of those two, im able to breath and say thank you to them today. My fiancé did CPR on me in our home, while her sister called 911, and I was taken to Henry Ford Macomb hospital. I was discharged yesterday, and the amazing medical staff there was so kind, patient, and professional, I couldn’t have asked for a better team caring for me. We still have a lot of unanswered questions as to what caused this event, but I know we’ll have an answer soon. Thank you to all my loved ones, friends, family, and all the medical staff for the prayers, hard work, and compassion shown to me and my fiancé during this hard time. I know that with more prayers and the expertise of my medical team we will have more answers soon, im just happy to be alive and so grateful for my amazing fiancé and her sister. Thank you so much you two. You guys did the unthinkable without missing a beat, and I couldn’t be prouder to call both of you my family, I love you guys.
