On 05/18/23, our daughter Charlotte was born. What we didn't know is that Charlotte also saved her mother and my wife's life.

My wife, Hilary, had been in pain for a little over a month during the last few weeks of her pregnancy. Just two weeks out from Charlotte being born, we decided to go to the hospital on 05/17 and see what was going on. After an X-Ray and a CT scan, the doctors discovered a large mass growing in the left side of Hilary's chest. After weeks and weeks of relentless coughing, severe itching, lack of sleep, and loss of appetite; we finally discovered the cause. Hilary was admitted to the hospital that night and a biopsy would be done the next morning followed by a Caesarean section that same day. And on that same day, a miracle happened and her name is Charlotte.

The biopsy came back as Hilary having Non-Hodgkins mediastanal B-Cell lymphoma. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy which will most likely go into the holidays so that she receives a second chance. A second chance to be a wonderful, loving mother and wife. After spending a near two weeks in the hospital post-child birth, we are home and resting as a family. We are moving forward but we are looking for some help with the medical bills incurred from this and to see Hilary keep fighting the good fight against cancer.

Any amount is deeply appreciated and will go towards Hilary's care while she is out of work, groceries, and any expenses for Charlotte. The chemo sessions will be rough for Hilary but we will get through this and provide updates to you all along the way! Thank you very much for your consideration.
