Our dear friend, Starr, her two kids, two dogs and lizard have all been displaced out of their home for upwards a month, due to a fire and water damage in their apartment. Fortunately Starr was able to extinguish the fire but during this process she experienced 2nd and 3rd degree burns to her dominant hand and arm. At this time she is unable to work either job and we’re unsure when she will be able to return.

Not only are the medical bills heavy but also the overhead sprinklers caused significant damage to their home and belongings.

Starr is a private person when it comes to her expenses and family matters and does not like to ask for help.… so we, all of our friends, are asking you to please help if you are able. Anything you can do will help get Starr and her family out of this terrible situation as painlessly as possible. Thank you for your help.
