Nancy Epstein: Cancer Treatment and Medical Bills

The Epstein family urgently needs all of our help. During this frightening COVID-19 pandemic Nancy started feeling ill and was unfortunately forced to put off doctor appts because of quarantine. When she was finally able to go to the doctor she was given the devastating diagnosis of stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Nancy has begun grueling chemotherapy. This treatment consists of 9 chemo infusions. Three weeks on, one week off. As many of you know, treatment and medical bills can be incredibly expensive and financially devastating.
Dealing with cancer during a pandemic has made it even more lonely and frightening. Nancy frequently has to brave appointments alone and has gone to the hospital multiple times with no visitors permitted.
The purpose of this gofundme is to assist with the family's mounting medical bills. But it's also a way people can help and show support during these trying times. Our natural instinct is to visit, bring over food or flowers, give hugs and just simply hold her hand. Right now that's not an option but this is.
