Medical Bills and a move to safer apartment

Hi Im Gina. My Mom Barbara Spinelli has suffered from health issues most of her life. She was diagnosed with Parkinsons a few years ago. In July 2021 she was living in an apartment that had a poorly installed over sized door thresh hold which she tripped on causing her to hit her head on a balcony banister. Since then her condition has worsened and she was diagnosed with cervical

mylopathy. yesterday she had a major surgery. A removal of fused disks replaced with those from cadaver

with a metal

plate. She needs to live in a safer location as where she is now has many stairs and very rural.
