Medical Bills & Hospitalization pay-off

I was hospitalized after getting the flue together with pneumonia. Because of a preexisting condition my lungs are not working properly and that's the reason I do not have a full time job. 
Looks like I need a lungs transplant and if so that requires 6 month of rehabilitation without income.
