Hi my name is Jabiel, and I'm reaching out during one of the most difficult times in my life.

Over the past weeks/months, I've been dealing with serious health issues that have resulted in unexpected hospital stays, medical procedures, and ongoing treatments. Unfortunately, the medical bills are piling up quickly, and even with insurance, the out-of- pocket cost are more than i can manage alone.

I've been diagnosed with stage four cancer, which has made it hard to work, and help care for my family. Between medical expenses, prescriptions, and everyday living costs, I'm struggling to stay afloat.

Transportation to/ from appointments
