As some of you may or may not know my sister was recently hospitalized due to covid-19 complications. Her condition rapidly deteriorated and she was moved to the ICU. She was placed on a ventilator and needed an emergency cesarean to bring our sweet baby Torvi into the world 2 months early. Both baby and Mommy are stable and doing well but there is a long road of recovery ahead. Medical bills are rising and we are trying to support Emilie as much as possible. My brother-in-law Teddy will need to take leave from his place of employment to support my sister, the boys, and constantly visit NICU to see the baby. Although we are beyond grateful for both mommy and baby to be with us, this will take a huge financial toll on their family.

Emilie is a special education teacher and pours out so much love to her students and even more to her family. She gives so much and truly deserves all the support she gifts to others. I know times are tough for everyone, but if you wish to support the Thompson's please share, donate, or both!
