Matt Lanier's Medical Fund

On October 28th, Matt was taken to Seton Hospital by ambulance with pneumonia in both lungs and a very serious infection. After chopping off his glorious beard, the doctors and nurses performed an emergency procedure to drain his lungs of the infection and to keep him from dying of sepsis. Matt was in ICU for a full week. Once he made it out of ICU, he had to have surgery on one of his lungs. The procedure was more intense than the doctors anticipated but everyone was happy with the results and the progress that has been made so far. Matt was released after over 2 weeks in the hospital. We are all lucky that he made it through and there are countless people standing behind him to help support him in any way we can. I wanted to set up this fundraising page for those who are able to help monetarily with the upcoming bills that will be coming his way. Any amount is greatly appreciated and incredibly helpful. Thanks to everyone who has called, texted, prayed, visited and sent good thoughts his way. He felt every bit of it.
