I was raised in the Philippines; I have a very loving and supportive family who all do their best to support one another.

I was lucky enough to have a better life for myself and my son when I moved to the UK in 2010. I never forgot my family, and I've done my best to support them every month for the past 12 years. Recently I've been under pressure to not only help my family but cover the cost of medical bills for my older brother. It kept mounting up until today. Unfortunately, today he passed away, and I feel utterly helpless as we as a family owe the hospital nearly 250,000 Philipeano Pesos, which is just over £3200, and now we've also got the funeral to organise.

I am fully aware that times are hard, and many families are struggling, so just by sharing this fundraiser, you are helping me to reach those who may want to help me.
