Medical bill assistance for our friend Jung

Friends of Jung:

In June of 2019, Jung discovered a type of tumor on his brain called Glioma which led to his first surgery. Although the surgery was successful, this type of tumor is known for recurrence, and there is not a cure (yet).

After 3.5 years of rebuilding and much too soon, on November 21, 2022, Jung was admitted back to the hospital where he learned the tumor returned and much more aggressive (grade 4). On January 4th, Jung had surgery where they were able to remove 95% of the aggressive tumor, but MRI on January 27th showed it continues progressing/growing. While doctors are researching the next best plan of treatment Jung has started chemo which is risky for his liver, but it’s even riskier to do nothing.

Medical bills are starting to come in for the tumor resection, multiple hospital stays, medicines, inpatient rehab as well as his regular monthly expenses that do not stop. Our goal is for Jung to only need to focus on fighting to get well and back home with his boys.

Jung is so deeply loved. With great hope, the road ahead is long, and we know he’s not running this marathon alone. Join us as we come alongside him.
