It's with heavy hearts that my wife, Karen, and I have come to a decision to request help through GoFundMe.

March 25, 2021 Karen had the original Pfizer covid vaccine. Marble-sized lumps appeared under her right arm and we thought nothing of it, because we'd read that lymph node swelling was normal and would go away in a few weeks. They did not. April 16,2021 Karen had the Pfizer 2nd shot, and shortly thereafter, the lumps became very large.

Karen had no insurance until the first of this year, and with the lumps still large, she made an appointment in April of this year to see our doctor. We also made an appointment for me, more on that later. Our doctor scheduled a mammogram for Karen, which revealed a very small 2mm cluster of cells in her right breast. A biopsy revealed it was breast cancer. Since it went into the lymph nodes under her right arm, it is confirmed metastatic breast cancer stage 3. She is now down to 95 lbs. At 5'6" that is dangerously low.

Bills are mounting, and on top of hers, I had my appointment and they discovered a blockage in my aorta. We are getting behind on everything, forget credit score at this point, with both of us facing life-threatening illnesses. Our combined income is less than $50k.
