Hello, my name is Jeavora Aguiluz. I am reaching out to seek financial assistance for my father-in-law, who is currently hospitalized in the Philippines.

He has been diagnosed with cardio-cerebral syndrome and is currently confined in the ICU at Perpetual Hospital, where he continues to receive critical care. His doctors have also recommended an angiogram as part of his ongoing treatment.

Prior to this, he was initially admitted to Binakayan Hospital, but due to a lack of improvement, he was transferred to Perpetual Hospital for more advanced care.

As of now, our medical expenses have become overwhelming:

• Binakayan Hospital bill: ₱750,000

• Perpetual Hospital (current) bill: ₱700,000 and still increasing

We are doing everything we can to support his recovery, but we are struggling to manage the financial burden. Any help, no matter how small, would mean a great deal to our family during this difficult time.
